Kevin is an accomplished industry leader with 20 years of C-level experience in technology and operational leadership roles. His 30-year career spans a variety of industries, including healthcare staffing and health IT. Kevin has extensive experience building SaaS-based technology and service-based companies in the MSP/VMS and Services Procurement space. Prior to Flexwise, Kevin was CTO of eWork, a pioneer in healthcare VMS technology.
Scott Duncan
Chief Technology Officer
Scott was the founder and CTO of Prescience Health and assumed the CTO role with Flexwise when our two companies merged. He now leads all product development efforts. He has over 20 years’ experience developing software solutions, primarily for healthcare providers. Prior to founding Prescience Health, Scott served as the Chief Information Officer for Sg2, a leading healthcare intelligence consultancy. Before that, Scott served as Vice President of Information Delivery Systems for Sachs Group (now Thomson Reuters Healthcare), the premier provider of strategic planning products for healthcare organizations.
Adam Orsi
VP, Development
Adam was part of the founding team at Flexwise, providing technical leadership and software development oversight. Prior to joining Flexwise, Adam gained extensive experience managing development and infrastructure support for multiple startups over a span of 15 years. His most recent role before Flexwise was as Application Director for 3 Story Software, an enterprise VMS software provider acquired by Hays Group PLC and deployed globally. Adam has deep expertise in all aspects of web and mobile software development, as well as cloud-based infrastructure management.
Laura Hill
VP, Operations
Laura came to Flexwise with 18 years’ experience as a healthcare recruiter and operations leader. A former nurse, Laura has a real passion for working with people in the healthcare industry. She plays an active role in ensuring that every Flexwise partner has a smooth, successful experience from day one.
