Our Services facilitate communications between Providers and Customers. In connection with facilitating this service, we receive call data, including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the SMS message.

Information We Get From Others

We may obtain information about you from other sources. We may add this to the information we get from this Site. If you also interact with our Services in another capacity, such as a screened healthcare professional on the platform or other apps we provide, we may combine or associate that information with information we have collected from you in your capacity as a user of this Site.

Information Collected via Technology

In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you.

We track this information using cookies, or small text files that include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. facilitate the creation of and secure your account on our platform to

  • send you a welcome e-mail to verify ownership of the e-mail address provided when your Account was created

  • provide the Services requested by customers

Important Information About Platform Permissions

Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time our app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that our app seeks before you first use the app, and your use of the app constitutes your consent.

Location-Based Data

FlexWise Health makes use of location-based data for our Site or App to connect you with other users near you that can either offer or are in need of Services. A Customer may require mandatory geo-location tracking for Providers to qualify for certain jobs which will only occur the day and times in which the job takes place and at the location of the job. If you choose not to allow FlexWise Health to access your location, some or all functionality, including listed jobs in the geo-location, or jobs with a mandatory geo-location tracking requirement may not be available to you.

Links to Third-Party Websites

As part of the Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Site and the Service. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third-party website accessed by selecting a link on our Site or via our Service. To the extent that you access or use the Service through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that site or application. Please be advised that at this time FlexWise Health does not comply with the U.S.-EU Privacy Shield as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries (https://www.privacyshield.gov/) and, as such, people resident in countries subject to such frameworks should not make use of the FlexWise Health platform and Services.

We reserve the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately.
